Please ensure to read this thoroughly before placing an order or purchasing my work:

• All forms of payment are none refundable (exceptions depending on circumstance)
• The full amount is to be paid upfront, unless stated otherwise. Proof of payment is required.
• Works, even after purchased, remain under copyright, retained by Shan Carmin Art.
• No art may be copied or reproduced for personal and or commercial purposes.
• Orders with deadlines should be requested atleast a month in advance.
• All courier fees are to be covered on the clients end. Clients should understand that I am not liable for any fault on the couriers end but I am more than willing to file a claim on your behalf should an unlikely incident as such, occur.
• The option of framing is not available to couriered artworks.
• Pictures have to be of clear quality. Poorer quality photos can not guarantee great results. I work according to what I am provided with.Clients are entitled to request changes/alterations to their work unless stated that the request is not do-able.
• Clients will be given a waiting period that is subject to their specific order, and agree to this upon ordering.
