Please ensure to read this thoroughly before placing an order or purchasing my work

• All forms of payment are none refundable (exceptions depending on circumstance)
• Proof of payment is required
• Works, even after purchased, remain under copyright, retained by Shan Carmin Art.
• No art may be copied or reproduced for personal and or commercial purposes.
• Orders with deadlines should be requested atleast a month in advance
• All courier fees are to be covered on the clients end. Clients should understand that I am not liable for any fault on the couriers end but I am more than willing to file a claim on your behalf should an unlikely incident as such, occur
• The option of framing is not available to couriered artworks 
• Pictures have to be of clear quality. Poorer quality photos can not guarantee great results. I work according to what I am provided with
• Upon ordering, clients understand that the process of art making is a lengthy one and agree to a waiting period of 1-4 weeks from the moment I have informed you I have started on it
• The outstanding amount is to be paid within 3 days of a completed work and I will not allow for collection/delivery until this is paid.
• Clients should understand that I always work the best to my abilities and recreate photos as drawings as accurate as i possibly can, however I still remain an artist, not a printer.
